WESLEY YOUMANS, 87, of Vinton, and formerly of Decorah, died Tuesday morning, July 17, 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Private family graveside services will be held at a later date in Freeport Cemetery. There are no immediate survivors. Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah is serving the family.
