Randy Alan Russell of Ridgeway, died Sunday, Jan, 24, 2016. Services are at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Peace Lutheran Church in Ridgeway. Burial is in Oakland Cemetery, Waukon, at a later date. Visitation is Wednesday, Jan. 27, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home, 404 N Elm Street Cresco. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested.

Randy was born in Waukon Sept. 9, 1956, to Edward “Tuck” and Ethel (Haerer) Easton. He attended Waukon High School. He married Sue (Marhoul) Russell at Peace Lutheran Church in Ridgeway, June 26, 1993. Randy was an avid Chicago Bears fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR.

Randy is survived by his wife, Sue (Marhoul) Russell and three children: Jessi (Travis) Djuren of Des Moines, Stephen (Whitney) Hughes of La Crosse, Wis. and Rachel Russell of Ridgeway. He is also survived by his 10 siblings: Vicky Easton of Waukon, Susan Easton of Waukon, Bonnie (Kevin) Dundee of Luana, Linda Miller of Waukon, Julie Gericke of Waukon, Diane (Steve) McDonough of Nora Springs, Dean (Barb) Russell of Waukon, Richard (Renee) Russell of Marquette, Roger Russell of Waukon and Gary Russell of Cedar Rapids.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
