Harley Jerome Refsal, age 79, passed away peacefully on Sept. 8, 2024, at Barthell Eastern Star Nursing Home in Decorah, surrounded by family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Decorah at 11 a.m., with Rev. April Larson presiding. Visitation will be from 9:45 a.m. until the time of service at the church. There will be a lunch and time of remembrance following the service.
