Dr. Bill R. Withers, 90, of Waukon, died Tuesday, Sept.10, 2024, at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Waukon, with Rev. Grant VanderVelden officiating. A private family burial will be at Oakland Cemetery, Waukon. Friends may greet the family from 9 a.m. until the time of services on Tuesday in the church fellowship hall.
Martin-Grau Funeral Home in Waukon is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Presbyterian Church, Veterans Memorial Hospital, or to Good Samaritan Society, all in Waukon.
