BEVERLY A. SCHUMAN, 87, of Decorah, died Tuesday morning, March 10, 2015, at Aase Haugen Senior Services in Decorah. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14, at First United Methodist Church in Decorah, with the Rev. Laura Arnold officiating. Burial is in Phelps Cemetery in Decorah.   Visitation is from 4-7 p.m. Friday, March 13, at Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah, and Saturday beginning at 10 a.m., one hour before the service, at First United Methodist Church. Beverly is survived by her husband Dick; one son, Bruce (Betty) Schuman of Decorah; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren: Jarod (Rachel) Schuman, Kennadi, Kelbi and Kooper of Decorah, Jeff (Heather) Schuman, and Aliya of River Falls, Wis., and Joelle (Jared) Nielsen, and Maci of Decorah; and by one brother, Don (Minnie) Bader of Reno, Nev. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be given to Aase Haugen Senior Services, 4 Ohio Street, Decorah, Iowa 52101, WMC Hospice, 901 Montgomery Street, Decorah, IA 52101 or First United Methodist Church, 302 West Broadway Street, Decorah, IA 52101. Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah is serving the family.
